Conversational boosting custom data

Hi all,

I'm trying to set up a simple Copilot in Studio just to get an idea of how everything works.

I tried adding some custom data in the conversational boosting plugin, but when I ask a question about it it just doesn't find it. Same goes for any urls I add to the public websites list, I added a wikipedia page about carrots, but when I ask what a carrot is I get nothing. Only thing it can answer about is information on the website I gave when creating the Copilot and a document I uploaded separately.

Anyone got an idea what could be going wrong? 🙂

Are you sure that your custom payload has the relevant information to answer your question? Specifically in the "content" key.

Hi adilei,
I think it should be, but as it was just for testing it was just a few short sentences so maybe that could indeed be the problem. I'll see what happens when I start testing with my real data!
