Forms to Planner

I'm having trouble setting up my first Flow.  When a form is completed in Forms, I want a new task created in planner, that includes to responses to each of the questions from the form.

We are currently doing this in Asana, using Google forms, but I can't seem to get this to work.  Here is the current flow I have setup.  The task is created, but only one of the responses pulls through.

@sbarrow to add all the question answers into the task description in Planner, after your Create a task action add a Delay schedule and set it to something like 10 or 15 seconds. Then add a Planner Update task details action and in the description box there you can add the text of the question, and from the dynamic content box you can select the answer.

The reason you need the delay is that the Planner actions happen almost simultaneously and the Update taks details action won't find the task you created unless you give the Create a task action time to complete.

When I did that, it caused each response to create a new task.  I am looking for the results of the form to come through, in the task card.

    For example:

Student Name would be the task title

All other information would be listed in that task card.

I still can't get this to work.  The task is created, however the details don't pull in.

@sbarrow that's because you're not putting anything into the Description field in the Update task field.
