Share PAD flow with colleagues

Can anyone please advise on how to share PAD flows?

I've created a PAD flow in a trial environment, and I can't share it with my colleagues.

Flows saved in the default environment are shared without problems, so how do I move this flow to the default environment?

Thank you

Did you already try the export/import through solutions? https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Desktop/How-to-share-and-export-of-Power-automate-desktop-in-production/m-p/785824

Yes, I was precisely reading that post and trying to understand what solutions are.

So, I create a new solution like this?

Give my name to the publisher.

And then export to a zip file.

    Change environment.

    Import the solution.

And then what shall I do?

I see the error when I click on the solution:

Did you choose "unmanaged" during export?

    I chose "managed"

Ok, so I repeated the whole process again.

    1. Deleted the managed solution on the target environment.
    2. Exported the solution as "unmanaged" from the source environment
    3. Imported it again on the target environment.
    4. Clicked the button "Publish all the customizations".

    Ok, the solution is there.

But the flow isn't. This is what I see when clicking on the solution:

    What other steps are necessary?

If you're transferring from a trial environment then you should export it as an unmanaged solution to your licensed development environment.

Did you add the desktop flow before publishing and exporting?

    Ohh 🙂

That is something I should do before exporting, now I get it 🙂

So, I add the desktop flow, and then publish all customizations, export and import.

    Let me try it!

You can also copy all actions and paste them into txt file - then anybody can copy it from txt to new created PAD flow

Unfortunately, that doesn't copy selectors and screenshots, so you would have to recreate all of them. If you want to go this route, then you also need to get the selector and screenshot file from the user profile.
