Pausing to view representative files in a folder before proceeding

I have a flow whereby I create PDFs from merged word documents then send out the PDFs as attachments to each individual from an email list.  Because these are personalized, I am nervous about not seeing what they look like before being sent -- there is a small amount of typing involved when the flow is triggered (potential misspelling opportunity).

Is there a way that I can be notified, when the PDFs are completed, via email that tells me to go to that folder to review representative documents.  Since they are personalized, I want to make sure the formatting, merging, spelling of the initial inputs looks correct before they are sent out to the recipients.  I only want to view a representative sampling; not approve each document.  If something looks wrong, then I'd want the flow to stop.

Surely I'm not the only one who'd like confirmation before that final "send email" action is activated since these are personalized with limited manual input.

Your thoughts and guidance please.   Thanks so much!

    Hi

You would have to use an Approval Step or Steps.

So your flow would trigger when the file is created (or if you already have a flow creating stuff, just build on that).
THen you would attach the new document to an APproval process.
Whether its just to you or multiple people OR approval steps, You then someone, then someone etc.
    All possible in PA.
Then when done if all approved it could send it as you want, if NOT then you would get an email saying it didn't get approved and you work to fix it and start the process over.

Thank you for taking time to provide this solution.  I use SharePoint and also do work in Power Automate (though never used approval) but for some reason that did not occur to me.  I will definitely be implementing this.

    Thanks!
