Logged into Account but Flow says Access Denied

I'm in my O365 account, and actually just set up one Flow to save my email attachments to OneDrive. However, I went to enable a flow template to push Google Calendar updates to my Outlook calendar and I received two different types of errors:

1. Please check your account info and/or permissions and try again. Details: Error from token exchange: Runtime call was blocked because connection has error status: Enabled| Error, and office365 is in the block list. Connection errors: [ParameterName: token, Error: Code: Unauthenticated, Message: 'This connection is not authenticated.']

and

2. Access Denied. You do not have permissions to access this resource.

No idea what's going on. It's my accound and one Flow worked fine, now this one is giving me errors.

Any advice?

[Also, this took me awhile to post as the forum gave me errors for not putting in labels. When I tried to put in labels, it said such labels were not valid :/]

First, check to see if there are any issues showing with your connections.

While I am not certain, it sounds like you Flow admins has instituted a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy that prevents the connect used for Google calendar to be in the same Flow as your Google calendar. Check with your Flow admin to see if DLP has been configured - please post here when your have the info.

Looks like I wasn't completely clear in the situation. I'm utilizing Flow through my Home O365 subscription, so I do not believe DLP should be an issue (if so, I do I change it?)

Also, I'm not getting the error message for the Google connection, but instead for the Outlook connection. This is odd b/c I'm logged into my subscription when I'm creating the Flow, and I had a previous stand-alone Outlook Flow work (saving attachments to OneDrive). Only when I'm trying to set up Outlook connectors with other services do I get the error. Thoughts @ScottShearer ?

Hi @airshiner ,

I have tested it on my side, and it runs successfully.

What browser are you using? If you are using a Google browser, is the account you log in to the account used by Google Calendar in your Flow?

Or you can recreate your connection about Google Calendar and Outlook. And then retest it. If you still have a problem, you can show us a screenshot of the error message.

I'm still encoutering the same error. I cannot attach a screen shot, as it's unclear how to upload a file into this forum.

The error message is: Please check your account info and/or permissions and try again. I have no idea what this error message means. I'm logged into my O365 environment, I can run some templates fine with Outlook (e.g. saving attachements to a OneDrive folder), but not others. Any ideas on how to fix this? Also, any ideas on how to get the Flow team to proivde more meaningful error messages?

I have been able to repro this, mostly because I have multiple Office 365 accounts and a demo account.

I would suggest checking these things:

Are you trying to send an email 'from' an account that you don't have permissions to send from?

Open the Flow and check each actions connections (using the 3 dots), there have been times that I've ended up with mixed connections in my single Flow. The one that has the wrong account may not be able to execute on the data source which is only available to the tenant account.

There may be a policy that you are infringing upon. Check internal DLP policies to ensure you are facing one of them.

The support page should load in all browsers. If ever you can't load a page in the community, reach out to the community admin to report the issue.

Thank you for this @Audrie-MSFT . The elispes option didn't work, I go through the authentication but same result. How do I check the DLP policies?

I rechecked your error message and the part that is tipping me off is this: Error, and office0365 is on the block list.

This is a DLP restriction that relates to the tenant and environment where you are working. This error is not an indicator that you did something wrong, or that Flow is broken. It's just letting you know that the policy does not allow you to proceed. Unfortunately the error message is missing an indication after the word Error, that doesn't tell me which connection was not allowed with Office 365.

Could you share which connections you are using in your Flow please, and the last action you added when the error occurred? You and I are in the same tenant, so I think it may have to do with an email you're sending. Please give a ping on Teams if so.
