How to combine power app and Dynamics Sales app?

Today I have a Dynamics 365 Sales app. Now I want to create a model driven Power App and assign users a PowerApps licence instead.

However, when I go to the make.powerapps.com, create a new app (model driven), I notice that my app still has the Dynamics 365 logo in the upper left corner when I login.

I was expecting it should had been the Power Apps logo. Like this:

How to fix so that I can have both the Dynamics Sales app and a PowerApp the same environment?

I have the same question (0)

    Hello @Anonymous,

    I hope you're well. I haven't seen this before, so I'm having a guess. But do you have a custom theme set in your Dynamics environment, which had the Dynamics 365 logo linked to it? You've then created a model-driven app and assigned the theme to that, hence why the Power Apps logo is showing as Dynamics 365?

    Just a guess as I haven't tried this out. Here's a document on themes.

    Let me know how you get on. Good luck.

    @GarryPope Thanks for you reply!

    I have not changed the theme so I dont think it´s related to that.

    The only way I manage to create a model driven app (with the PowerApp theme) is when I create a new environment (with a db) from the powerportal admin site. But I want to have my Dynamics Sales app and the PowerApp in the same environment so this approach is not what I´m looking for...

    Hi @Anonymous

    This is normal behavior and nothing to do with Themes.

    Because you are in an environment with Dynamics 365 apps installed then the Dynamics 365 branding shows for all apps in the environment.  When you create a new model-driven app it also has the Dynamics 365 branding, as you have discovered.  This is normal.

    If your users have Power Apps licenses rather than Dynamics 365 then you just need to make sure that the users cannot create, update, or delete data stored within restricted entities with your new model-driven app.  Here is the list of restricted entities.  Also take a look at the licensing guide for up to date info on this.

    If you don't want your app to be Dynamics 365 branded then you could use themes to change this
