Select action giving an error Enter a valid json

Hi,

I am using the Select action to build an HTML table to send an email as described here https://sympmarc.com/2019/07/25/building-nice-html-output-for-tables-in-microsoft-flow-emails/.

However, every time I edit the flow, Select action keeps removing the double quotation around HTML in the Map parameter and giving an error "Enter a valid json”.

Is there a way to avoid this error?

I just tested it out and it works fine. Can you please share the screenshot from your flows so we can see what is the problem?
