Using PowerApps Template for Onboarding Application - Share all added content

Hello all,

I have a PowerApp that I am creating that utilizes the onboarding application template. I have it all built out and updated from my account but when I go to share it with others, they are getting blank screens and it is not showing them the content I have generated. Is there a way for this information to display? Do I need to update/create the application using a group email address that all members who will access the app are a member of for individual users to see the information included in the application?

Let me know if I can clarify this any further. It is a little confusing.

Thanks!

What is it they are meant to see? Can you please share a screenshot of the content and formula, then we may be able to debug.

    Thanks!

    Hi Phipps,

So the template app allows you to edit various things such as FAQ's, Tasks and more by selecting a button to edit. It will then give you a pop up window to edit the things mentioned above (see screenshot). This is working as intended and it populates in the respective section as it should (see screenshot) but the issue is when I share the app, it is almost like I am only editing the above things for myself as users cannot see the information once I have shared the app with them. I am wondering if perhaps this is something to do with permissions. I have delegated myself as the owner of the application and the person I have shared it with is a user. Is there a way to set a different start screen for users by chance that would change the way the app appearance triggers for users? When I shared it with the user, it launched at the screen that allows you to add additional admins (see screenshot) rather than the welcome page (see screenshot).

Let me know if I can add anymore clarity to this. In terms of formulas, I have not manipulated the formula in any way as everything is editable via the 'edit' buttons. Here is a preview of the template application that I have grabbed and updated.

    Thanks again!
