Using a field value in a condition

I'm working on a flow in which I want to go through all the items in a list and if I find any in which the Software Name column has a value of "Monthly Term License (rental)" I want an email to generate. Below is a simplified version of what I've set up. The condition is using the Software Name value. The flow runs successfully but the condition is always returned as false, so the email isn't generated. I know that there are at least two items on the list that satisfy the Software Name value I'm using.

    Hi  @Anonymous ,

    Can you tell me what type of column the Software Name column is?
    multiple choice? text?

    Please try to use compose to get its return value first, and then copy it to condition.

    Like this:

    If it is manually entered, it may not be exactly the same as the return value, which will also cause it to fail.
    Or you can use contain. As long as the Software Name column contains the corresponding text, it returns True

    The field is a single select drop-down.

    I changed the Flow as shown below. I think that is what you are suggesting.

    When this flow runs it fails. Following are the details of a failed instance:
