I want to share how to post a data of SQL Server to Microsoft Teams.

Summary:

Everyday, Get a data from SQL Server, and Post the data to Microsoft Teams.

Use Scenario:

Check a data of SQL Server at Microsoft Teams

Flow overview:

Trigger: Schedule - Recurrence

Action: SQL Server - Execute a SQL query

Action: Apply to each

- Action:Microsoft Teams - Post message

Trigger: Schedule - Recurrence

- Interval is 1

- Frequency is Day

Action: SQL Server - Execute a SQL query

- query is Select statement

- like: Select COUNT(*) as ResultCount from Table1

Action: Apply to each

- 'Select an output from previous steps' is 'ResultSet Table1' on Dynamic content - 'Execute a SQL query'

Action: Microsoft Teams - Post message

- Team ID is <your team>

- Channel ID is <your channel>

Click <see more> in 'Dynamic content' - 'Execute a SQL query', and after click, appear 'ResultCount'

- Message is <ResultCount>
