how to forward a specific email?

Hello everyone,  i need your help for my flow since if with your help this works it will save me a lot lot of time.

 

So everyday i recieve emails from a collegue who works in another company, and there is one spesific mail i need to forward to my team i am working with. I know how to make a flow to forward mails from someone but i dont know how to modify my flow so it forwards only the mail i want.

 

What's " Subject Filter "? - if i write here the email's subject that i recieve and need to forward will that do the trick?

    Just create a rule in Outlook and do not use a flow at all.

    Hi @astritarsllani ,

     

    Your idea is correct.

    If the value in this parameter exists in the subject of the email, the flow will be triggered.

    ok, so managed a couple of things, and i did this with 3 different flows, messy but works apart one thing, let me explain:

     

    I work as a repaire technicien consultant for 10 stores across the country, and i receive 2 emails everyday from my collegue at Samsung that i need to share with the stores, the thing is he puts a lot of other people on '' CC '' that unfortunately i can not share those emails with everyone else.

    All i want is to share the Excel file he sends me, so what i did was this:

     

    1st flow - When email arrives from ''Samsung collegue'' with an Excel attachement, that email MOVES automatically to a designated Folder '' Parts List '' and is marked as READ also.

    2nd flow - when that email arrives in '' Parts List '' folder it saves the Excel attachement on my Onedrive storage.

    3rd flow - it an automatic trigger, when file is created on this folder '' Parts List '' on my Onedrive storage, it send an email to the 10 stores (this one is in french).

    All this works fine, the stores they recieve the emails FROM ME, no one from samsung is in CC or BCC.

     

    The probleme i have is my Samsung collegue has a picture on his signature, so what my flow does is it saves that as well and the excel file as 2 different files, and the stores they get everytime 2 emails, witch the 2nd one is useless since its just a picture.

     

    My question is how can i make my flow only to save the Excel files?

     

    Sorry for the long post i tried to give you as much information as possible so you could understand better.
