hi,
i can only see the calendar view for all my created views. I need to have a list view for all the tasks added.
Also, when exporting to excel, not all the fields on my form are present, custom fields are missing.

Are you able to share some screenshots around your tasks in a calendar view? There are different ways to get this in a list depending on where your view is.
When exporting from Excel, start with Advanced Find. With this you are able to select which columns you want to export.

Here is the calendar view:
All views where All schedules list is my custom list view but it still shows as calendar..
Note: all views from the appointment app has the calendar view and not list view of tasks.

Based on the screenshots it looks like you have the calendar control set as the default view.
As a user you can use the Show As command when looking at the view to change the view from calender to a list.
As an admin you can change the default list control by following the reverse of these steps. These steps are for setting the calendar control as default but you can select the Read Only Grid to go back to the default list view.
