Limit characters of a document to 109 in a SharePoint document library

Hi,
I'm trying to build a flow where I'm *hoping!* to limit document title characters to 109 in a SharePoint document library under folders / subfolders. This is the flow below I'm working with at the moment, but I fear I've done something wrong as I've tested it and it's not working.
I'm happy to be guided by anyone who can offer advice, even if I need to start again!

    Hi @EmW8080

You have to write the expressions like this

Click on field, enter the expression under expression tab and click ok , then only expression would work
