You aim to execute this scenario using either Outlook or Office 365 Outlook.

Additionally, the trigger point must be set within the cloud flow only. Once you confirm the above thing, I can propose the appropriate actions or flow approach accordingly.

Begin by setting up an application for your Gmail account using the provided video tutorial. Although the video demonstrates the process for Google Drive, the steps are similar and applicable for setting up an application for Gmail as well.

Alternatively, you can explore other channels for instructions on setting up an application specifically for Gmail to obtain the client ID and client secret.

Once this setup is complete, proceed to create an automated flow using the trigger options below.

Afterwards, configure your Gmail client ID and secret in the flow configuration screen. This will enable you to access and retrieve email properties, including the email body. Next, invoke your desktop flow and pass the email body as a string into the desktop flow. From there, you can proceed with processing the remaining tasks within the desktop flow.
