Hi,

What is the current limitation Power Automate have to import data from Excel Table to SharePoint List? How may writes can happen?

Also, how many rows can read from Excel Table? Is it possible to read more 5000 rows?

Hello Team,

There are some limitation when it comes to exchanging data between Excel and SharePoint List.

If you are thinking of importing data from Excel to SharePoint via Power Automate then you will need to Parse the entire excel sheet data and this cannot happen in one go, you will need to parse the data in batches.

You will need to implement pagination too.

Let me answer point by point -

There isn't any limitation as such, you can go ahead and process a very big Excel file too but it may take a lot of time.
Large tables take long to load. (4000 rows takes about 2 minutes)

Yes, absolutely possible but make sure you do this in batches and implement pagination as per the blog post I sent you earlier.
