Create New Items in List Sharepoint from Excel but not items repeats

Hi Community,

 

I want to create new items in my Sharepoint List from Excel, but I don't want to create repeat items.

How can I do my flow?

    In the video that you suggested, I understand how not to repeat items or obtain unique values, but it is from a table. But I want to know how to create a flow that can review the values ​​of the Excel row and see if they exist in the Sharepoint List and then Create new Items from Excel to Sharepoint and not create repeated rows.
