Populate Word Document - Multiple Apply to each

Hoping someone can help.

When building a Populate Word Template flow from SharePoint List, I'm running into issues populating more that 1 choice field in the Word template.

A single Choice field populates fine, and creates my file. When I add additional fields, which then creates nested Apply to each the flow shows success but never completes or creates the file, in the flow history the additional apply to each are greyed out.

    Hi @SteveTurner

Check your flow run history and see each steps output.

    Thanks

    Hi @abm

I'm unable to see the outputs from "Apply to Each", they are greyed out. I can see the outputs from "Selected Item" and "Get Item"

    Thanks,

    Steve

    Hi @SteveTurner

    Thanks for the screenshot.

I can see you have three apply to each loop here.

Also could you post the run time history of values of Stage 2 Checks, Funding Priority & Target Group values.

One thing I noticed here is 'Apply to Each 3' loop populates the word template and create file. That means if you have 5 values then 5 iterations for this loop and it creates five files. Are you sure this looping logic (Apply to each 3) is correct?

    Thanks

    Hi @abm

Here's the stages I've used to create the flow.

New Instant > For Selected > Get Item > Populate Word Template

As you add the choice fields the to the template, it automatically adds in the nested Apply to Each steps.

Word file content is only available following the template population in the last "Apply to Each"

    Hi @SteveTurner

I didn't asked anything about add attachment. I still believe your logic is not correct here. Check my previous response and reply.

    Thanks
