How to trigger locking a document for editing when column dropdown type changes

Hello, I have a SharePoint column called Approval Status with drop down options.

I would like to automatically lock the document for editing when a specific option is selected "Approved", and automatically unlock the document  when the status changes to any other drop down option.

Is there any way to trigger a lock when a specific choice is selected?

Thank you

    Hello, we will only need to deploy to one site.

    Thank you

    @v-bofeng-msft

    We have tried your reference but are getting an error on our end:

    Error:
    InvalidTemplate. Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Get_changes_for_an_item_or_a_file_(properties_only)' inputs at line '0' and column '0': 'The template language function 'int' was invoked with a parameter that is not valid. The value cannot be converted to the target type.'.

    Any assistance you can provide, please?
