Flow only worked once - Save my email attachments to a SharePoint document library

Hello, I just created an SP doc lib to take any email that is manually moved from an Outlook inbox to a folder I created in Outlook called "Triaged." It worked once when I tested it. It created an entry in my site's doc library. However, now when I sent emails to the Outlook inbox and then move them into the Triaged folder, just like in my test, nothing happens. No errors or warnings in the workflow. Just nothing.

I am using Power Automate template "Save my email attachments to a SharePoint document library."  I did not make any changes aside from pointing it at my doc lib.

Does anyone know what might be causing the workflow to both not run and not give any errors? It's been about 30 mins since my last test and about 50 mins since my first successful run. General photos are attached. The tests I've done since have been with comparable sized attachments. So it's not like I did the test with a small attachment and then did another test with a multi gig attachment.

Please post a screen shot of your Flow - that will make it much easier to assist.
