Error in Creating a policy reminders

Hi, New to power automate but I am encountering an error with my flow where I want it to send an email of only policies that are past 90 days but when i run it is sending all the policies Kindly help.

When filtering dates in Power Automate, the date must be formatted using the ISO8601 standard, which is yyyy-MM-ddThh:mm:ss. Update your filter query to use yyyy-MM-dd instead of MM/dd/yyyy. Once your document library grows to over 5,000 items, you will begin having issues with your flow. You should make sure that the date field you are using is indexed in the SharePoint list as well.
