Error message when turning on flow for unattended mode: Power Automate Requires different license to use unattended mode - Have per user plan and 365 E3 User license. Have other flows under same user and environment that work fine.
Thank you for the response. I would be ok with that answer, but I have 10 other flows built under the same user and on the same desktop and they run desktop unattended without issue. We have been running these for nearly a year. We had not purchased a per user plan for any of these until a few days ago when the problem began. We were operating under a 365 E3 license. We were running desktop unattended mode. This flow had previously run without issue as for nearly a year. Now I am getting a license message.
Hi @ScottEa,
FAQs about the unattended add-on
I want to run unattended flow. What licenses do I need?
You need either Power Automate per user with attended RPA or Power Automate per flow plans as a base license and Unattended add-on to be able to run the unattended flow.
Is buying just the unattended add-on enough?
No. You need to a have a qualifying base license (per user RPA/per flow) for which the add-on can be added on.
