I am struggling to find a solution to synchronise Excel File that contains 6000+ Employee Data to an existing SharePoint List.

My goal - I have an absence tracker and I am creating an Employee Lookup List, which could be used as a lookup for the absence tracker. My aim is to maintain an Excel File for the Employees and modify the Excel File whenever an Employee data need to be changed which should then be reflected on the SharePoint Employee Lookup List.

I am facing the Limitation of Data - only 5000 values could be given as the pagination threshold and this is taking longer time for the flow to run.
I need help to split the Excel file records based on row no:s into two and then join them in the flow to update the SharePoint list.

    Hi

There are different ways to do it, depending on where you file is.

    1) you can use the do until and turn on Pagination for the List action
    2) here is another example you can review

Neither Excel nor SharePoint is the appropriate medium for this type of PII data.  Find something more secure.

For larger manipulations you should always consider the Graph API - it has batch options for both Excel and SharePoint.
