Create an Email as a Task in Microsoft Teams Planner

Hello everyone,

I am desperate... 😞

I have been trying for hours to create a flow that should follow this sequence:

An email in Outlook is flagged.
The email itself and the attachment are recorded as a task in MS Teams, including both attachments.
The flag in Outlook gets removed once the task has been successfully created in MS Teams

Is there anyone who can help me with this? 🙂

Hi @DeZuger,

Below is an example, if that helps?

1. The task is created first.

2. Within an apply to each the content of each attachment is collected and stored as a file on SharePoint

3. Each created file is stored in an Array variable called AttachmentArray (in this case my attachments are word documents)

{ "alias": "@{outputs('Create_file')?['body/Name']}", "resourceLink": "https://contoso.sharepoint.com/sites/ConsultantTeam@{outputs('Create_file')?['body/Path']}", "type": "Word" }

4. Below the Apply to each loop the task is updated with that array of attachments.

5. Lastly the flag is set to completed
