Flow if YES OR NO send the same email ; condition not working

I created an approval flow; I want the condition of if YES to send your approval has been granted email and if the supervisor rejected the email should be your request has been DENIED, but when I try it, it does not work.

Whether I approve or reject, I get the same email of your request has been APPROVED.

Any idea?

I was able to figure it out and add the conditions to comments with yes, however, is it possible to configure it without the user adding a comment

Try to use

outputs('Start_and_wait_for_an_approval')?['body/responses'][0]?['approverResponse']

and compare it to "Reject"
