How to schedule a "refresh all" Power BI datasets within a workspace

Hi all,

I am interested in having a flow refresh all datasets for a given workspace within Power BI.

I can see there is a "Refresh a dataset" tool available for picking one dataset, but I'm struggling to return a list of available datasets and pass them in, like a apply to each type function.

The lists of datasets will change over time, so I'm hoping there is a dynamic way of doing this, so the flow will see any changes and not try to refresh a dataset that isn't there.

Also, is it possible to do this without premium-level tools?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
