Issue with Folder Copy in Power Automate Desktop

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with Power Automate Desktop when using the "Copy Folder" action. When I attempt to copy a folder, Power Automate starts the process, but it does not complete the copy entirely without any error.

The source folder contains about 3 GB of data, but the copied folder is always limited to around 850 MB. I have checked the available space on the destination drive, and there is plenty of space.

Is there a size limit for folder copies in Power Automate Desktop, or am I doing something wrong?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi @mohamedchakroun ,

There isn't an explicitly documented size limit for the "Copy Folder" action in Power Automate Desktop. The limitation is more likely based on available system resources like disk space and memory rather than a specific file size restriction.

I have seen some of my collegues reported issues with the Copy Folder action taking increasingly longer amounts of time, or not copying all contents. Some have found workarounds such as using DOS commands

(Note:- if you got your solution you can mark as solution and gives kudos)

    Thanks & Regards
