Power Automate Plan 2 Trial

Good afternoon, I recently activated the premium for 90 days. From what I have seen, there are two paid Power Automate plans: Premium and Process. I wanted to know if with this 90-day version I have the functionalities of both or only those related to PREMIUM. Also, I would like to ask if with the 15-euro Premium plan I can execute assisted desktop processes from the cloud. Means programming, for example, to open the browser at a specific time and perform some actions

Thank you.

    Hi @Gkraft

Yes, the premium trial license (15 Euro) you mentioned does help you create a bot with premium actions. For instance, in the screenshot below, you can see some action packages marked with a diamond highlighted in green, indicating the need for a premium license.

As you mentioned, if you want to schedule your flow in the cloud, a premium license is required, which enables you to run your bots in attended mode from the cloud flow.

The process license, priced at approximately $150 per bot/month, allows you to run your bot in unattended mode.

Thank you very much for all the information! I have one last question: for example, I am launching a scheduled cloud flow that only triggers a desktop flow. There I have 2 modes: attended (which requires a logged-in session) and unattended. If I have the premium license, I could execute this in attended mode, right? This is where I get a bit confused because even though it would be in attended mode, having a dedicated PC for this, the process for me would be without human intervention. What I want to confirm is that without having the "process" plan, I can still execute that scheduled flow, even if it's in "attended" mode.

Similarly, to set this up, I had to configure a machine in the portal. Is this also possible with just the premium license (without process)?

If you have premium license, then you can run your flow on attended mode only the same mentioned in the below Microsoft document as well.

You might consider the process license as an add-on that is assigned at the environment level, while the premium license must be assigned at the user level. Therefore, the overall cost would be the Premium license at $15 per user per month, plus the Process license for unattended bots at $150 per bot per month. Hope this helps!
