I have been fighting with this for about 2 weeks now and cannot figure out how to resolve this issue and finish the CDS 2.0 upgrade.

I've come across this article that would but cannot figure out what the BASE URL for our organization is.

Is there a way to find the BASE URL anywhere in the admin portal?

Do you want to get the Base Url of your PowerApps Environment?

If you want tp get the Base Url of your PowerApps Environment, please take a try with the following steps:

1. Go to your Dynamics 365 Administrator Center.

2. Select the Environment Instance where you want to upgrade your CDS, and open it.

3. Within above opening web, you would get the Base Url as below:

On my side, the Base Url looks like below:

https://org4xxxxxxx.crm5.dynamics.com/

Note: The PowerApps Environment managed by Dynamics 365 currently.
