Power Automate + Adobe Sign

I have a few questions about using Power Automate and Adobe Sign together.

I have a form from my accounting department that I need to be approved by several people in the company. The current format of the form is an Adobe form with "fill-in-the-blanks" sections. The fill in sections include Supervisor and budget, both things I need to pull and use in my flow to send approvals.

My plan is to create a flow that is triggered when a file is uploaded to OneDrive or Sharepoint. When this file is uploaded, I want to be able to pull the supervisor and send an approval request to them. Is Adobe Sign the application to do this and read the information on a PDF? Will this work even if the flow is triggered by a new upload and is the PDF is considered "dynamic content".

Thanks!

@jinivthakkar - sorry can't provide any input here. I'm not familiar with this scenario.

So if I understand you scenario correctly:

    • You want to upload a PDF file to SharePoint/OneDrive
    • Based on whomever uploaded the file, you want Power Automate to look up their manager and an approval request to them.

A few of the clarifying points that I need are:

    • When you say "read the information on the PDF" do you mean extract the data from data fields to use in your flow? Or do you mean just generally you upload and the values will still be there when they get passed to Adobe Sign?
    • When you say the "PDF is considered "dynamic content", what do you mean there?
