Failed run missing in Run History

Hi. I have created a Approval process workflow in Power Automate in SharePoint and I keep monitoring the flows which are close to 30 days and re-trigger them. Lately, one of the flow failed due to exceed in approval post 30 days and it was 32 days old. But when I open to re-submit I couldn't find the failed run and it was disappeared. Can anyone please advise me is there a way to retrieve the failed run so that I no need ask them to re-submit the approval process flow.

Thanks

    Hello,

The storage retention of flow (Approvals and flow runs) is 28 days. If you want to log these activities, try to create a SharePoint list or a Dataverse table in which automatically the flow can store the suspended processes when they reach 28 days of running.

    Hi @suprithsrikanta ,

Flow's run log can not be kept for more than 28 days. So we can not get the flow's status that be triggered 32 days ago.

As an alternative, I recommend that you create a branch to detect the status of the approval and send a reminder email to the approver when it has not been approved every day.

I think this link will help you a lot:
