2,249When email arrives in the specified emailboxes, system shall be able to read the metadata such as subject,from,to,cc,date,attachments,and body from the email,to check for AD authentication then
if pass
1.create an entry in the sharepoint path within the specified folders
2.sharepoint lists has field corresponding to the metadata extracted from emails
3.the record is created with details as per email
4.Notify the users about new records created

Note: Every email to be captured in email format or pdf and stored in sharepoint along with documents
In addition the above ,an excel based tracker may be prepared containing specific fields to be identified while implementing the solution
