Changing output from Microsoft Form answer inside Power Automate

Hello, so I am working on a Microsoft Form, and I am wondering if it is possible to change an output from an answer.

ex: the answer is "All Items Required" which then after it will send out an email that gives the list of all required.

All items required =

  • Item 1
  • Item 2
  • etc..

    Hi there,

    Yes!

We will need to know what the "items" are, though. Are they files to attach? Is it a table of information?

You can use a condition in your flow to evaluate if "All Items Required" = Yes, and if so, you can build what you need for that email. If No, you can go through another branch and only send what's required.

Will need more information in order to help you..

Apologies, A bit more detail is that it is software based on department.

There are a few departments that require quite a bit of software so within Microsoft forms it gives multichoice check boxes of individual software and another checkbox option of All software required.

What I would like to have is that when All software required is selected in Microsoft Forms and it gets submitted Power Automate sends an email out to me with the list of software as if the person picked them individually something along the lines in the screenshot (some things covered for company privacy)

    Alright,

I would say that all you need in this case is a Condition to evaluate the answer to "All Software Required" -- if it's equal to YES, then, populate a variable with all of the software available.  If NO, then populate that variable with the checked off software only.

Could you possibly provide a screenshot of the example you stated?

I follow but would like to see it to get a better understanding of it
