「クラウド サービスとの通信中にエラーが発生しました。必要なクラウド サービスへのアクセスがブロックされていないことを確認して、もう一度試してください」というエラーが表示され、使用できなくなりました、他の同じ質問の方の回答にある方法を試したらログインできなくなり、完全に使用できなくなりました。
