Recently my department want to build an app to record our production batch parameters online, here is an example:

STEP:
1. Preparation
1.1 Clean the equipment to be used
1.2 Weight the raw material 100g, record actual mass g
1.3 Baking raw material in the oven, record the temperature ℃
...............
We want to show our operator a guide book in detail like above, and the blank need to be filled with actual process paramters by operator. We want to collect the data they filled to a database (maybe Sharepoint), and there is hundred of "blank" for each guide book to be recorded. After the completion of each guide book, it will pass to other dapartments for further check (use Power Automation).
We've considered using canvas apps in Power App, but there are hundreds of guide books need to be converted, so there's too much work for our limited manpower
Could you please help me if there any easier way to achieve the goal?

If you have all the data for guide books in excel sheet, we shall use bulk upload kind of option to update it in SharePoint one-time. From then on you can create the upcoming guide books manually if you need.
