Building a flow to automatically create onedrive share links

I have no idea if this is what automate is for but figured it's worth a shot! I have 181 unique pdfs in a onedrive folder and I need to create a share link for each one of them and place it in a excel file so I can send a mail merge to 181 unique people that pulls the correct onedrive shared link. Any ideas please?
