I'm getting error in apply each, a value must be provided for item. I'm trying to read data from SharePoint list and create excel file. Can someone please help?

Your Add row to table action is not setup properly.
The File property should refer to a File in SharePoint library.

In addition to what @SudeepGhatakNZ said, you should pass id of table to add row to table in table field instead of its name.
