flow trigger failed

I have made flow which triggers from Power apps button click event.

while flow not triggered on button click, showing below errors

 

Error- Action 'manual' failed

Error Details - Failed to parse invoker connections from trigger 'manual' outputs. Exception: Could not find any valid connection for connection reference name 'shared_office365_3' in APIM header.

    @KTaj  Can you try to refresh the flow in your Power Apps app? (Right mouse button, 'refresh')

    Thanks, lot, for your response, yesterday only I got solution.
    I tried to refresh but was not happening, so removed flow & reconfigured into App.
