Convert time zone - date that is outputting is the next day rather than the date inputed via the form

Hi all,

 

I have created a flow which I want to output the Date like ie Tuesday 5th July. I have managed to get the format correct although when using a form which contains the correct date that I want to change the format of, using the convert time zone changes the day of the inputting date to the following day!

Any ideas?
