I want to edit the form but the information doesn't exist.

What should I do with this issue
Could you explain a bit more about the problem you are having? The pencil Icon in the view screen in the image takes you to an edit screen. Once you are done editing click the Check to accept the edits and X to cancel. That's the way its designed to work.
I have a summit form like the picture but when I want to edit the summit information
it doesn't link / get the data when I click the edit button.
What do the Item and datasource property of the Edit form point to? That's how the Form knows what record you are editing. If you create an App from Data (Which is I suspect the pattern you are following) then there is a Browse Gallery where an app is selected. The View screen (your summary) and the edit screen both point to the datasource being used by the gallery and the Item property points to the selected record in the gallery.

Do not forget to refresh your data source after creating new item and Set(variable, ThisItem) and in the form place the variable into item field.
