I am new in building apps.

I am trying to create a chatbot to answer certain words in TEAMS channels.

As an example, If I get a selected node name such as "Mini-Link" or "SPO" in TEAMs chat, I want my bot to share the pre-defined, weekly on call engineers name and recommend to collect necessary logs depending on node name.

I am trying to add new bot, but it just does not give me anything. I press create your first bot, it ask for the name of bot, then the same page again. May I learn why ? and do you have similar app experience?
