Smartsheet Redirect URL invalid

I am having an error when trying to connect Flow to Smartsheet. I keep receiving the error that the redirect URL is invalid. Based on their API documentation, I believe this is the one that is requested when the app is registered. Can someone please look into this? https://smartsheet-platform.github.io/api-docs/#complete-error-code-list

Hi @baddams,

Do you mean that you encountered such an error when establishing a connection in Flow?
Could you provide more details of the error?
Or is this a error when you create a custom connector to Smartsheet?
Could you share the steps to create the custom connector?
Please make sure that the configuration for each step is consistent with creating a custom connector specification.

Yes, I am trying to establish a connection using the standard connector from Microsoft Flow to Smartsheet. After it prompts me to login to Smartsheet it states that the redirect url is invalid.

Hi @baddams,

I did the test on my side and I didn't encounter the problem you said. I tested using a Google account.
Have you tested your account on the SmartSheet official website yet?
Please try to log in with another account to see if the problem still exists.

I am having exactly the same problem signing in. Have tried with both Google and Edge. I am able to login with my browsers to Smartsheets, but not via the Flow connector.

Please share if you have any workarounds.

My workaround was to use another iPaaS. I've been using integromat and been able to do what I need to do. Neither Smartsheet nor Microsoft support were able to help me.
