It does not seem to carry the right time to my emails and sharepoint list.
Please anyone!
I tried doing the same and it is working for me as expected.
Are you putting the dynamic content of converted time in the Email and SharePoint Action.
When specifying the time value, don't select submission time instead select the convert time zone action outputs from the dynamic content.
This will have the correct time.
