Importing to Excel - Excel removes leading zeroes

Hey there,

When I am importing the data from powerapp to csv file via automate flow. The excel removes the leading zeroes automatically.

For eg: I have a column with values like - 0012, 000233, 0213. After importing it becomes 12, 233, 213 in excel which I don't want. Is there a way to avoid removing of leading zeroes?

Hey @FLMike , Can you please elaborate on How Can I create a custom format Column in Excel, Because I am using "Create CSV" action in power automate to create a csv file.

    Hi @Kanishkyash222

Make it a string column in Excel

that or create a Custom format IN excel on that column.

Take a look at the Custom ones built in, modify it, or create a new one like those.

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers
