Using Power Automate to extract data from a Team's Gradebook for 14 different sections of a course

As a Power Automate newbie I am not sure if the the correct forum so my apologies.

I am a teacher managing 14 different sections of an online course (each in their own MS Teams Class Site) and I regularly need to export and process the Gradebooks. Ideally I would like to do this into a single excel file, table or something like that for further processing but I would be happy simply to auto export 14 different csv files as I can do manually.

1) Unfortunately I cannot find any place or way in Teams or the accompanying Sharepoint to access the Gradebook using Flow. Nor can I find a way to access the assignments which makes me feel like I am missing a data source somewhere?

2) Is it possible to capture grading completion events as an alternative way to update a master table?

Regards,

John

    Hi @JohnDickinson

It's perfectly possible to copy the CSV files from a location into another.

    Try the following:

    1. Trigger when a new file is created or updated in a folder
    2. Get the file's contents.
    3. Copy to the destination.

Can you please check if and let me know if you have any questions?

Thanks for the overview (I am sure I will find this useful elsewhere).

Unfortunately I forgot that not everyone has had to use MS Teams Class. The Gradebook appears at the top of the Teams general channel as a tab or app or something. Only when we open the "app" can we see the grades and tell MS Teams to export to CSV. So far I haven't been able to find a Sharepoint resource or connector linking to it.
