Hi Team,
I'm Running a simple flow as shown.
It requires users to complete a Form and I then store that data in an Excel chart.
On average there are 20 users completing the form over 15 minutes.

I've found 502 is a very generic error & can mean anything (but often a permissions/security issue).
If you open the failing task - (Add row into a table) the "output" section should give you a bit more detail on what is actually going wrong.
