Really simple email flow not working

Hello, I am at a loss and very new at this. I've followed tutorials and can't seem to get this right.

We are trying to create a status change form in Microsoft Forms and get the contents of the form emailed to several people.

Here is the build I have, any ideas why this isn't actually coming through via email? WHen I try the "test" feature, it loads and loads and never opens. Does the red error at the top affect this flow? Sorry I'm new at this so please go easy on me!

    Hi

    Please do the following:
    1. Close your browsers

    2. Clear your Cache

    3. Please open a Browser in Private/Incognito mode and try again.

    Cheers

Hi there, thanks so much for trying to help. Unfortunately this did not have an affect on the workflow.

    Hi

The issue itself, is almost always due to an Authentication error.

So if you didn't clear them all and close etc it could still keep happening. Its that or you don't have the proper permissions setup in the actions of the flows themselves.

Could you create a second version of this and see if the second one also does this please. Might be that its just that flow itself and you may need to delete and do it again. But instead of deleting it right off, just create another that does the same thing.

    Cheers
