Hi ,

 

 

 

If we made changes directly in CRM ,then the flow is triggered , but if we made changes through plugin then flow is not getting triggered and the changes are not reflecting in SQL database

 

 

 

Can anyone help me by suggesting way in solving this issue 

 

 This is urgent issue need to solved

    The plugin may be designed to do an update that doesn't trigger the modified flag on the record.  You'll need to look into the code of the plugin, or talk to the developer, to get that fixed if that is the issue.
