Why has "Send an email (V2)" "reply to" function stopped working and when will it be fixed

Hello,

I've seen A few posts about this but want to make sure I'm also not doing something wrong myself. I've had a flow up and running for a few months, its worked really well. However, in the last week or so part of it has stopped working.

The flow takes information from a Form and sends that information in an email to a defined address. The mail gets sent from a generic email address. This still works fine, the email gets sent from the generic address and is received by the defined "To" address.

The flow is then set up to automatically reply to a separate email address again defined by the information submitted in the Form. This is where the issue is occurring. Rather than reply to this defined email address the email replies back to the generic sending email address.

I believe it is a Microsoft issue, anyone else having this problem? Anyone know if Microsoft are looking into it?

I've added some pictures to illustrate the issue.

Picture 1 shows the generic from email address and the "reply to" email as being "Adrian"
Picture 2 shows the reply from "Simon" and the issue with replying to the generic email not "Adrian"
Picture 3 shows the run history showing it should have replied to "Adrian"

We've developed a code fix to address the specific portion of offending code within the recent update, which is undergoing testing and validation to ensure it will resolve the impact. Once this process is complete, we'll begin deploying it to the affected environments. We expect the fix will take one week to reach full saturation in the affected environments.
