Can't Populate Email "to" Field With Forms Responder Email

Hi everyone,
 
Needing some help please! Set up a registration form and then workflow to auto send responders a calendar invite.
 
All was well, but now I'm stuck (see screenshot) - can't get Responders Email to come up in To field of Send an email (V2) field. Screenshot attached.
 
Get email notification of each response is checked on the form.
 
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks so much!

    Click on "Switch to advanced mode" and then you will be able to select the value from the dynamic content.
