Microsoft Forms InternalServerError / Timeout

I have a flow that triggers on submission for a Microsoft Form, then gets details of the response. I know there are issues with Microsoft Forms not triggering flows today (in another thread), but is anyone else experiencing these kinds of timeouts trying to get response details?

I've tried turning the flow off and on, deleting and re-adding the action, and confirming the form is still live. For some reason, it just can't get the response details.

I just tested and I'm not getting the same issues, no.
Have you tried different submissions? Or are you just testing on the same one?

Thanks for checking in. I was initially just testing one response that was timing out. Once you asked, I tried having a few other people submit responses, and unfortunately, it appears all responses are timing out too.

I also tried creating a new flow that just gets response details. I had it get the last successful entry from the main flow, which was entry #66. Unfortunately, that too, is timing out.

All other form issues from yesterday seem to be resolved, but this one seems to be hanging on. I am beginning to think I might just need to delete my form and remake it.

I started getting this error on tests. I'm not sure what it means, but I passed it along to Microsoft to hopefully find  a resolution.

Error reading JArray from JsonReader. Path '', line 0, position 0.
     at Newtonsoft.Json.Linq.JArray.Load(JsonReader reader, JsonLoadSettings settings)
     at Newtonsoft.Json.Linq.JArray.Parse(String json, JsonLoadSettings settings)

It looks like this came up recently, and someone presented a workaround. In case anybody else experiences this issue, I am leaving this here:
